One delay is never
one problem.

In any operation that runs on a schedule, a single slip travels. It reaches the next job, the next shift, the customer who was never told. We build the software that shows you the whole picture while you can still do something about it.

Four aircraft, one day. Delay the first flight and watch what happens to the rest of it. This is the part that is hard to see from a spreadsheet, and it is the reason operations software exists.

01 · What we build

Three things, done properly.

We would rather be genuinely useful in a few areas than adequate across many. All of it built in house.

01 · Aviation

Aviation operations technology

Software for the operational side of flying. Dispatch, aircraft and crew coordination, operational documentation, flight monitoring. Built around how a control centre actually runs its day and the regulations it runs under.

  • Flight dispatch workflows
  • Aircraft and crew coordination
  • Operational documentation
  • Flight monitoring, OCC functions
02 · Systems

Custom software and process digitisation

Internal systems for work that has outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads. We map the process as it is actually performed, find where it leaks time, then build the smallest system that fixes it.

  • Workflow and management platforms
  • Operational dashboards
  • Replacing manual and paper processes
  • Consulting before you commit to a build
03 · Web

Web design and development

Fast, accessible, properly structured websites for businesses that need to be found and trusted. Hand built, no page builder bloat, and we tell you what is wrong with your current site before we quote.

  • Corporate and service business sites
  • Redesigns and rebuilds
  • Booking and enquiry systems
  • Maintenance and improvement
02 · In development

A flight operations platform built to Nigerian regulation.

The systems that run large airline operations are excellent, expensive, and designed around operating environments that are not this one. We are building for the operators those systems price out.

Tell us where it is wrong.

If you run flight operations and your current tooling does not fit how you actually work, we would rather hear it now than after building the wrong thing. No cost, no commitment. We want the criticism.

We will show you exactly what exists today and be plain about what does not.

03 · Who we are

A dispatcher who builds software.

Asenite C. Wokoma, founder of Asenit Hub Ltd
Asenite C. Wokoma Founder · NCAA licensed flight dispatcher

Most aviation software is written by developers who have had the job explained to them. This is written by someone who works it.

Asenite C. Wokoma holds a flight dispatcher's licence issued by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority and works in flight operations in Lagos. Being on the desk is what makes the difference. You learn which parts of the day genuinely hurt: the handover that loses context, the document rebuilt by hand every morning, the delay nobody sees coming until it has already happened.

Asenit Hub Ltd is registered in Nigeria as RC 9554227 and works from Ogba, Lagos. Alongside the aviation work we build custom systems and websites for businesses across the city. That work funds the platform and keeps us close to how real organisations actually run.

Our philosophy is “Easing work.” Not adding technology for its own sake. Removing the friction that makes a working day harder than it needs to be.

04 · How we work

Four commitments you can hold us to.

Not values on a wall. Rules we work by, and you are entitled to enforce every one.

We verify before we publish

We never publish a claim about your business we have not checked against a source you control. Anything unverifiable gets flagged to you, never quietly filled in with something plausible.

We show you the problem first

Before we quote, we tell you what is actually wrong. Broken pages, placeholder text left in, information contradicting itself across your own channels. Specific findings with links, not design opinions.

We build the smallest thing that works

The most expensive system is the one nobody uses. We would rather ship something narrow that gets adopted than something comprehensive that sits unopened.

We tell you when not to buy

Sometimes the answer is a cheaper tool, a process change, or nothing at all. We will say so, including when it costs us the work.

05 · Get in touch

Tell us what is slowing your work down.

WhatsApp is fastest. Describe the problem in plain terms. You do not need to know what the solution is called.

Message us on WhatsApp

We reply during Lagos working hours. If your enquiry is operational and time sensitive, say so in the first line and we will prioritise it.
